Few months ago,the United States of America was stunned by the terrorist activities carried out by two Russian brothers who set off bombs at the Boston marathon event.The older brother Tamerlan Tsarnaev died from gunshot wounds as he engaged the police in a gun battle while younger brother Dzhokhar Tsarnaev fled but was captured four days later by the police after a prolonged exchange of fire as well.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is said to have downloaded bomb making instructions online from an Al-qaeda magazine and is now being indicted on charges of killing four people and using weapon of mass destruction.The 30 count indictment which includes other charges  is punishable by death penalty.

He will be arraigned on the 10th of July when the pursuit of the death penalty will be decided.
