A South Carolina man who sexually assaulted a 5year old girl and gave her a sexually transmitted disease has been sentenced to 20years behind bars after pleading guilty to two counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct
Eighteen year old Brandon Harley Eaton was recognized by the young girl when she was taken for forensic examination
Eaton faced a maximum of 30year but the Judge tampered justice with mercy by giving him only 20 out of those and he will be required to register his name in the Sex Offenders registry.
