Grammy award winner Usher Raymond has constantly been in the headlines since his Son Usher Raymond V almost drowned in their Atlanta home.He was taken to the hospital and has since been doing OK.
Usher's ex wife,Tameka filed to get custody of the two sons they have together alleging that the children were in a "dangerous environment". The Judge in yesterday's emergency hearing however dismissed the case even though he described the incident as an awful accident.Before dismissing the case,Judge Goger advised Usher to inform his wife about the whereabouts and who is taking care of the kids.
Usher in the picture above appeared to make peace with Tameka after the ruling and told reporters that his Son is still being assessed but is doing OK.
