US President Barrack Obama has cancelled his planned visit to Egypt next month.This comes after
violence erupted around the country claiming more than 600 lives.Egyptian authorities gave the police the go ahead to protect themselves by using deadly force as they move to restore security in the country.
Supporters of the deposed President,Mohammed Morsi torched down two government buildings in a place called Giza.
Canada's Foreign minister John Baird said the Military and the Muslim brotherhood should sit down and settle their problems amicably while President Obama cancelled his trip as earlier stated.Turkish Prime Minister Recep Erdogan on the other hand wants the United Nations' security council to deliberate on the situation of things in Egypt.
Egypt is the most populous Arab country with a lot of cultural heritage so that alone amongst many other reasons makes it imperative for the world to keep an eye on the situation of things there.
